Terms of Service

The Service provides online timers and related features for pour-over coffee brewing:

• Free Service: Basic timer and recipe features are provided free of charge
• Member Services: Additional features (recipe saving, community participation, etc.) are available through social login
• Service Changes: The operator may modify the Service as needed

Users must comply with the following when using the Service:

• Do not use the Service to infringe on others' rights or for illegal purposes
• Do not provide false information or impersonate others
• Do not interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Follow community guidelines and respect other users

Intellectual property rights for the Service and its content are protected as follows:

• All intellectual property rights including the design, source code, logos, trademarks, and database structure of the Service belong to CUP-TIMER
• Users retain rights to content they create (recipes, cupping notes, etc.), and the Service has the right to display and use such content for statistics

The operator is not liable for the following regarding Service use:

• Disputes between users
• Indirect or incidental damages from Service use
• Service interruptions due to natural disasters or force majeure
